FESTO PETITION

Festo's petition for certiorari was filed on April 9, 2001. By May 9, 2001 twelve amici curiae briefs representing over 25 companies, institutions, and associations were filed. All but two of these briefs urge the Supreme Court to grant the petition for certiorari to review the Federal Circuit's en banc decision.
